Policy
Zephyr is a flight deal scout for European travelers looking for business class fares worth booking. We keep what we hold on you to the minimum needed to do that job.
When you sign up and use Zephyr, we hold:
No advertising pixels, no ad trackers, no data brokers, no third-party advertising or tracking cookies, no cross-app tracking. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't ship it to marketing platforms.
A few infrastructure providers process your data so the app can work: Apple (push notifications and payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Sentry (crash and error diagnostics), and Cloudflare (bot protection at sign-in). When you log in or sign up, Cloudflare Turnstile checks device and network signals — including your IP address — to tell a real person from a bot and keep accounts free of abuse, which is our legitimate interest under GDPR. Cloudflare doesn't link those signals to your identity and doesn't track you across sites. Your chat messages are processed by Anthropic to generate replies and are not retained by them. None of these use your data for advertising.
Everything sits in our Supabase Postgres database, hosted in the EU. Backups are kept for around 30 days. The pipeline that finds deals runs on Railway and only ever talks to our own database.
You can change your name, home airport, language, and notification preferences at any time from Settings. You can delete your entire account and every record we hold on you from the same screen — Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and unrecoverable.
If you'd rather request something by email, write to hello@flyzephyr.app and we'll handle it within seven days.
Today, Zephyr doesn't use affiliate links — when we surface a deal, we link you straight to the airline or seller, with no commission involved. If we add affiliate links in the future, it will never change the price you see and never decide which deals we surface — scoring is based on price relative to historical medians, nothing else — and we'll update this page.
If we ever change how this works in a way that affects you, we'll let you know inside the app and update the date at the top of this page.
